Fluid Power Solutions is designated as an Authorized Parker Hydraulic Pump Division Repair Center and as a Parker Authorized Warranty Repair Center (AWRC).
Our philosophy is to be the technical leader in fluid power. Instead of using traditional customer service and sales representatives, our approach is to provide technical help and solutions to our customers as a value-added service. Our staff is made up of hydraulic specialists with four-year degrees.
Since 2001, we have specialized in the total service and repair of Denison, and now Parker HPD pumps and motors. Unlike many repair centers that will repair almost anything, our sole specialty is Parker with a focus on piston and vane products.
Because of our specialization, we are regularly called on to repair pumps and motors not only in North America, but also globally. We provide other hydraulic repair companies support due to our deep knowledge and stocking levels of the Gold Cup and Premier products lines.
We offer quick turnaround capability on vane pumps and vane pump parts. As a stocking distributor, we are an extension of the factory. This offers an opportunity to other distributors in the Parker family when they uncover a “lead time sensitive” opportunity. We can respond quickly to our customer’s vane pump needs utilizing our “quick ship” vane program.
We are proud to have earned Parker’s Authorized Warranty Repair Certification (AWRC) certification. This certification is a sought after designation, and lets the customer base know that they are getting a repair that is genuine, and meets the demanding criteria of an authorized repair center. Our goal in working toward the AWRC certification was primarily to be in a position to support the Parker brand, and insure that we are leaders in the repair industry with out processes, people and equipment. As part of our Parker AWRC we have installed a new test stand with capabilities to test up to 450HP. This test stand is designed to run both open and closed loop pumps, and to operate and test all of the Gold Cup, World Cup, and Premier controls.
An important part of this certification is that we only use original OEM factory parts, and that has been our practice since our inception. There is no question we are fully on-board with Parker’s “Keep It Real” program – Recognized. Engineered. Authentic. Leader. This is global recognition and assurance that Parker’s highly engineered products are authentic, and that our customers receive the latest design and most up-to-date materials and manufacturing process available at the time. Our support of the “Keep it Real” program is a key reason we have significant global repair business for our Repair Center.
Our technicians have also been factory trained and certified by Parker, ensuring that they meet the latest AWRC standards.
Another segment of our business is our ability to help design and build new hydraulic systems for OEM and end user customers. This is a logical extension of our services having highly trained hydraulic fluid power specialists and mechanical engineering capability on staff. Our team is unique, possessing total systems knowledge and expertise. We are are not just limited to pump and motor repair.
